Mintoready is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, and other costs, are the customer's responsibility.
Mintoready is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [support@mintoready.com] and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be completed. We will replace or refund your order after the investigation is complete.
We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we are unable to validate the address, we will attempt to contact you for an update. If we cannot reach you or receive an updated address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Mintoready will not be held responsible if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package is delivered to the wrong location. We will not be responsible for packages that are refused or undeliverable.
