You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the original tags and labels, still attached.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, sanitary products).
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards.
Downloaded software.
Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale."
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact our customer support team to arrange a hassle-free exchange. We will send out the new item once we have received and inspected the original item.
Store Credit: As an alternative to a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of the returned item. Store credit can be used on any future purchase from Mintoready.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided shipping label.
Drop the package off at the designated courier location.
We offer free return shipping for all returns within the 30-day window.
In cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return and exchange shipping costs.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@mintoready.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
