Mintoready Seller Policy

Welcome to Mintoready! This Seller Policy ("Policy") is a binding agreement between you ("Seller") and Mintoready ("Mintoready," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of the Mintoready marketplace platform ("Platform") to sell your products and services. By becoming a seller on Mintoready, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy, as well as the Mintoready Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other agreements or policies referenced herein.
Eligibility: To become a seller on Mintoready, you must be a legally registered business entity in India, such as a Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, or Private Limited Company. You must provide all required business registration documents, GST registration, and bank account details.
Onboarding Process: You must complete the seller registration process on the Platform, providing accurate and up-to-date information. Mintoready reserves the right to approve or deny any seller application at its sole discretion.
Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited and Restricted Products: You are responsible for ensuring that all products you list on the Platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not list any products from the Mintoready list of prohibited items, which includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal goods and services.
Counterfeit, replica, or fake products.
Stolen goods.
Weapons, explosives, and related accessories.
Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit materials.
Goods that violate intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark).
Product Information: All product listings must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes providing:
Clear and high-quality images.
Detailed and accurate product descriptions.
Correct pricing, including all applicable taxes and charges.
Country of origin, as mandated by Indian e-commerce rules.
Information on any applicable warranties, guarantees, and expiry dates.
Inventory Management: You are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels on the Platform. You must promptly update your listings to reflect any changes in stock. Selling out-of-stock items is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or account suspension.
Pricing: You have full control over the pricing of your products. However, you must adhere to any fair pricing policies set by Mintoready.
Payment Processing: Mintoready will facilitate payment processing for all transactions on the Platform. Payments will be transferred to your registered bank account after deducting Mintoready's commission, payment gateway fees, and any other applicable charges.
Commissions and Fees: You agree to pay Mintoready the agreed-upon commission rate on the sale of each product. You also agree to pay any other applicable fees, such as marketing fees or logistics fees, as outlined in your seller agreement with Mintoready.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes (including GST) related to your sales on the Platform.
Order Processing: You must process and dispatch all customer orders promptly and within the timeframe specified in the listing.
Packaging: Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You must use packaging materials that are appropriate for the product and shipment method.
Shipping and Logistics: You must use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct and complete shipping information is provided.
Timely Delivery: You are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all orders to the customer. Delays or repeated failures to deliver orders may result in penalties or account suspension.
Return Policy: You must comply with Mintoready's standard return and refund policy. You must accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. You must also adhere to the Mintoready return window and process refunds promptly upon receiving the returned item.
Customer Service: You are responsible for providing prompt and professional customer service. You must respond to all customer inquiries and complaints within 48 hours. You must also have a designated grievance officer to handle customer disputes.
Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute with a customer, Mintoready may act as an intermediary to facilitate a resolution. The final decision on the dispute, including refunds, may be at Mintoready’s discretion.
Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to sell and distribute the products you list on the Platform.
Infringement: You must not list or sell any products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Mintoready has a zero-tolerance policy for intellectual property infringement. Any seller found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately suspended and may face legal action.
License to Mintoready: By listing products on the Platform, you grant Mintoready a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your product listings, images, and brand materials for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform.
Performance Metrics: Mintoready will monitor your performance using metrics such as order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery rate, return rate, and customer feedback.
Penalties and Actions: Failure to meet performance standards may result in penalties, including but not limited to:
Temporary account suspension.
Demotion of product listings in search results.
Permanent account termination.
Audits: Mintoready reserves the right to audit your seller account and operations at any time to ensure compliance with this Policy and all applicable laws.
Seller Liability: You are solely responsible and liable for the quality, safety, legality, and authenticity of all products you sell on the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold Mintoready harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your products or your failure to comply with this Policy.
Limitation of Liability: Mintoready's liability to you is limited as set forth in the Mintoready Terms of Use. Mintoready is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Policy Changes: Mintoready reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the seller dashboard. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
Termination: Mintoready may terminate your seller account at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with a notice. You may also terminate your account by following the procedures outlined in your seller agreement.
